Terms and Conditions for MiniDoodlePup.com Puppy Sales

General Agreement:

• The buyer agrees to provide a loving, safe, and healthy environment for the puppy.
• The puppy must not be resold, rehomed, or surrendered to a shelter without first notifying MiniDoodlePup.com.
• MiniDoodlePup.com retains the right to reclaim the puppy if these terms are violated.
• The buyer is encouraged to include MiniDoodlePup.com in their will or estate plans to ensure the puppy's care in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Care Requirements:

• The buyer agrees to provide proper nutrition, exercise, and regular veterinary care, including vaccinations and parasite prevention.
• The buyer will ensure the puppy is socialized and trained to promote good behavior and temperament.

Puppy Health: MiniDoodlePup.com guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received appropriate vaccinations and deworming. The Buyer has 2 days from the pickup day to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, regardless of the date of purchase. If the puppy is found to have a serious health issue, the Buyer may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange, provided that a written statement from the veterinarian is presented to MiniDoodlePup.com.

Spay/Neuter: The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered no sooner than 12 months of age but no later than 2.5 years of age. MiniDoodlePup.com will send out a reminder to ensure compliance with this requirement. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to MiniDoodlePup.com upon request.

Breeding Rights: The puppy is sold as a pet only, and the Buyer agrees not to use the puppy for breeding purposes without the express written consent of MiniDoodlePup.com. If the Buyer gives the Seller first pick of the litter, breeding rights may be negotiated separately.

Puppy Pickup: The Buyer agrees to pick up the puppy within 30 days of the agreed-upon pickup date. If the puppy is not picked up within this timeframe, MiniDoodlePup.com reserves the right to cancel the sale and retain any deposits or payments made.

Transfer of Ownership and Liability: The puppy is considered "picked up" and ownership is transferred to the Buyer at the time the Buyer takes physical possession of the puppy from MiniDoodlePup.com's property, whether for visitation or complete ownership. MiniDoodlePup.com is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur once the puppy leaves MiniDoodlePup.com's property, as MiniDoodlePup.com cannot control or monitor the puppy's environment or care after that point.

Deposits and Payments: All deposits and full payments made for puppies are non-refundable, except in the case of a serious health issue as described in the "Puppy Health" section above.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding between MiniDoodlePup.com and the Buyer and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended only by a written document provided by MiniDoodlePup.com.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

By purchasing a puppy from MiniDoodlePup.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
